In the event that we are unable to supply the Doctor O product or any
substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably
possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event, no later
than 30 days after the intended delivery date

All delivery charges are stated next to the relevant product package on the
"Buy Products" page at www.delay-cream.com/buyproducts.aspx.
Customers who request delivery in a remote rural area will be advised prior to
any delivery taking place of any additional delivery charges.
Deliveries will not be made on Sundays or on national public holidays.
International shipping times will vary between 7 and 14 days depending on the
initial order date. We deliver worldwide, with packages being sent by first
class recorded delivery Thai post.
Although we make every effort to get the products to you in time, we cannot be
held responsible for delays in postal systems. Therefore, please contact us if
more than 21 days have passed since the initial order date at orders@
delay-cream.com
Please note that our company handles your goods with the utmost care, and every

If you have cause for complaint this must be received within 7 days after
despatch. Please note we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date on products
despatched by post.
Our customer service phone line is operated between 6am and 12am (GMT) Monday
to Friday and 10am to 2pm (GMT) Saturday and Sunday. This service is available
for customers in Thailand on 022031238 and if calling from overseas on
+6622031238. A fax machine service is in operation at all other times. Call
charges will vary according to the destination of the call. We aim to respond
to customer service matters within one working day and resolve all complaints
within three working days. Calls may be monitored for training purposes and to
mainitain our high level of quality service.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may also cancel
your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery.
Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm
this in writing within 7 working days of receipt and return the packaged item
to us at the address given above.
The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in as new condition. You will be
liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us.
We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods. We recommend you
obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
