Prices

The prices payable for our products are clearly set out on this web site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.

Products

In the event that we are unable to supply the product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event, no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

Anything you read on our website should not be construed as medical advice. You should always consult your doctor prior to embarking on a new course of supplementation or treatment, especially if you are currently under medical care. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The FDA (USA) has not reviewed or approved this product to diagnose, cure or prevent disease, however the product is FDA approved in different territories.

Return Policy and Cancellation Right

If you are in any way disappointed with our product or service, please contact Customer Services.

If you have cause for complaint, this must be received within 21 days of dispatch. Please note we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date on products dispatched by post.

We aim to respond to customer service matters within one working day and resolve all complaints within three working days. Calls may be monitored for training purposes and to maintain our high level of quality service.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may also cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing within 7 working days of receipt and return the unused packaged item to us.

The item(s) must be returned in “as new” condition. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods. We recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
